Brazilian Lemonade

Note: This has NO lemons

WASH with soap and water, rinse well:
1 large lime (thinner, smoother rind will give a juicier lie)

Cut off the ends of the lime and discard
Cut the remaining lime into 8 wedges.
Put lime in blender.
Add:
     1/2 cup sugar
     2 Tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk
     3 cups water

Pulse with blender 6 times for a total of 15 - 20 seconds (LESS TIME with a VitaMix blender or Blendtec blender).  STRAIN!!! Serve over ice.

Variations:  Add pineapple, strawberries or raspberries

2-1/2 cups dry milk powder
1 cup strawberry drink mix (like Nestle)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup buttermilk powder
1/3 cup powdered nondairy creamer

Mis all together.

To Prepare Hot Pink Milk: Dissolve 1/3 cup mix into 3/4 cup boiling water.

Note: WAY More yummy with marshmallows or sweetened whipped cream

Christmas Punch Base

5 packages Orange Koolaid, unsweetened (package size makes 2 quarts)
5 packages Cherry Koolaid, unsweetened (package size makes 2 quarts)
10 cups sugar
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups orange juice
Water to make 1 gallon

Mix well. [I use HOT for some of the water so that it mixes easier]

To dilute: Add 3-1/4 cups base, 3-1/4 cups 7-Up, water to make 1 gallon
or in other words - 3 parts water, 1 part base, 1 part 7-Up

Amounts for smaller batch: 2 packages each of the Koolaid, 4 cups sugar, 3/4 cup each of the juices, and water to make 50 ounces (just over 6 cups)

Peanut Butter & Banana Shake

2 cups milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 bananas (broken into chunks)
1/2 cup oatmeal
8 ice cubes

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

For a chocolate version, add 4 tablespoons of Nesquik, or even chocolate slim fast type stuff. It's good, too.

I've also tried tossing in 1/3 cup extra peanuts. That's good, too!
